Some stories ask for a single, perfect song — composed, professionally recorded, and delivered as a lasting keepsake. Jamie begins not at the piano, but in conversation, meeting your family wherever the story lives.
Over two days on-site, Jamie conducts story sessions with the people who matter most, gathers ambient recordings, photographs, and home videos, then returns home to write and produce. The finished song is recorded with hired session musicians, professionally mixed and mastered, and delivered with a full keepsake package.

For families who want the fuller story told — not just one voice, but many. The Heritage Collection extends the story session across up to three days, with multiple family members, multiple locations, and time enough for the quieter details to surface.
The recording is elevated with live strings and, where the song calls for it, a featured vocalist — tracked in a professional studio, not a home setup. What's delivered is a hardbound keepsake book holding the full story and lyrics, and a vinyl pressing in archival packaging, meant to sit on a shelf for generations rather than a hard drive.

The fullest expression of what Heirloom Sound offers, reserved for milestone occasions — an 80th birthday, an anniversary, a memorial — where the delivery of the song is meant to be a moment in itself, not just a recording someone plays later.
Alongside everything in the Heritage Collection, a short documentary is made of the story-capture process itself, and the finished song is not simply delivered — it is performed live, in person, at an event of your choosing, by Jamie and, where appropriate, the same hired musicians who recorded it. Every collaborator on the project — songwriter, producer, string arranger, mix engineer, mastering engineer, visual designer — is drawn from Heirloom Sound's Signature Team, the same trusted collaborators across every Legacy Experience commission.

What "Live" Means
Live Musicians — your recording features real musicians, strings, vocalist, or rhythm section, tracked in a professional studio. This is what elevates the recording itself.
How Travel Works
Travel is never itemized or billed separately. It is built into every commission's price — Jamie comes to you, wherever your story is. You're asked only to be available; the rest is arranged in advance.
Corporate, Milestone & Event Commissions — Heirloom Sound also accepts commissions for corporate anniversaries, charitable galas, luxury weddings, and estate celebrations, scoped individually. Event planner and concierge partnerships are warmly welcomed.
